We love Koh Mook because it's still not overrun like the other star destinations on the Andaman coast like Phuket and Krabi. Located a short longtail boat trip from the mainland city of Trang (capital of the province of Trang), Koh Mook is where you go to relax and experience Southern Thailand authenticity without being cut-off from civilization. It's also the last stop for the train line that starts in Bangkok, so this is your reward if you decide to take the "slow" way down South.
