We bring you to places that are often not on the well-worn tourist path. In these places, things can, do and will go wrong. When something does go wrong, we insist you contact us immediately so that we can help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If we don't know that you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your trip, then there is nothing we can do to help! Waiting until after your trip is over means you will remain unhappy and that you will forfeit the chance to have your situation resolved.
If you are traveling with a guide or tour leader, then they are your first point of contact. Our guides are trained to resolve issues on the spot and will also contact us to let us know the situation so we can assist them while they are out in the field. If you are traveling without a guide, then please contact us through traditional means (phone, email, chat).
All that being said, please expect and appreciate the unexpected. We try to bring you closer to real local life and that means not all things will go as planned or expected (which isn't always a bad thing!).
