Medical Conditions Related to Diving Activities

All customers participating in a diving activity are required by our partner dive shops to complete a medical form prior to arriving at your dive destination. We highly recommend that if you have not participated in a dive before, you should consult your preferred medical professional to check whether you are fit for this activity. Please prepare the required documentation and provide it to your travel agent prior to travel.
